A member of DRYDOCKS WORLD – DUBAI, PT. Drydocks World - Pertama requires suitably qualified personnel to fill various vacancies for its shipyard located in Tanjung Uncang, Batam Island – Indonesia.
A. Civil Supervisor/Engineer
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Possess min. 3 - 5 years of working experience in infrastructure development in shipyard or marine construction
• Fluent in English conversation

B. Civil Draughtsman
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma from Civil Engineering
• Possess Min. 2 years of working experience in the same position in shipyard
• Familiar with Autocad application
C. Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 - 5 years of working experience in shipyard electrical facility
• Familiar with Substation buss & Generation power system, Electric power transmission & distribution system
D. Project Ship Repair Manager
Requirements:
• Marine Engineer Class 4 background or
• Naval Architect / Marine Workshop Repairman
• Possess min. 3 years of working experience at the same position
• Familiar with Shipboard & Shipyard Company
• Good communication in English both oral and written and able to operate computer.
E. Mechanical Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma III (Mechanical Engineering)/Naval Engineering
• Possess min. 3 years of related working experience in shipyard
F. Training Administrator
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma 3 in Mechanical or Technical Engineering
• Posses min. 3 - 5 years of working experience in training job
• Familiar with training system & administration
• Fluent in English
G. Hull Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma 3 in Naval
• Possess minimal 3 years of working experience at the same position
• Good experience in Shipbuilding & Ship repair
H. Carpenter Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum Senior High School (SMU)
• Possess min. 3 years of related working experience in shipyard
• Understand about ship interior systems
I. Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum Senior High School (SMU)
• Possess min. 3 years of related working experience in shipyard
J. Cashier
Requirements:
• Female
• Minimum Senior High School
• Good in accountancy job
• Possess min. 1 year of working experience in the same position, preferred from hospitality background
• Fluent in English conversation
K. Electrical Supervisor
L. Charge hand Electrician
M. Electrical Fitter
N. Forklift Driver
O. Marker
P. Fairing
Requirements:
• 2 – 3 years of working experiences in the same position and same field, in shipyard and marine field will be advantage
• Able to work independently, organized and lead the team (K & L)
• Understand fitting and cutting basic preferable in electrical jobs (M)
• Having valid certificate (N)
• Must be able to communicate in English
Q. Foreman Hull Welder
Persyaratan:
• Minimal tamatan SMU/SMK.
• Pengalaman kerja min. 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama.
• Dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan, dalam team maupun independent.
