PLANNING ENGINEERS
Job Description:
Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Managers decision-making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements.
Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among all project participants
Manage of level 4 (below level 3 CPM) database:
• Update of trade/discipline manpower requirements, physical progress and estimates to complete on the basis of spent man-hours and relevant actual productivity rates
• Check the constructability of construction drawings by monitoring of warehouse availability, procurement schedule and resources requirements
• Reporting of described statuses (histograms, productivity reports, schedules)
• Roll-up to above planning levels of progress/quantities/man-hour, etc. by dealing with the consolidator Planning Engineer
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good knowledge of P3/P5/P6
Minimum 5 years construction yard experience on offshore structures jackets/decks/modules or similar)

COST CONTROL ENGINEERS
Job Description:
Establish and manage effectively a cost control system in order to support the Project Managers decision-making process and allow him to complete the project within the approved budget
Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored Create a cost awareness atmosphere among all project participants
Satisfy operating Company and Corporate requirements for the reporting (budget/forecasts/monthly accruals) and, in cooperation with responsible functions, for information required to achieve financial/tax optimization
Estimate, monitoring and analysis of actual and re-forecasting at lowest level for:
• Management and engineering man-hours at project yard office
• Man-hours at construction yard and their evaluation in cooperation with project accounting and management control departments
• Procurement of project materials and project subcontracts for construction works and possible leases
• Reporting of above cost statuses
• Various analyses and cost simulations
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years cost control construction experience on offshore structures (jackets/decks/modules or similar).
Use to work with an integrated procurement/accounting system and to verify costs estimation versus accounted/committed costs Knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, PS modules) systems

PRODUCTION CONTROLLERS
Job Description:
Supervise on the project carried out in the yard in terms of accounting and status of progress.
Assessment of MTO s and required construction man-hours from design drawings in cooperation with construction discipline engineers by application of estimate productivity rates
Coordination with technical department, procurement department, warehouse and planning department in order to optimize prioritization for production and scheduling of activities based on manpower capacity and material availabilities
Maintenance of a database of productivities/performance rates for opportune usage and feed-back to Company concerned departments
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
