Our Prestigious Client from Borouge – Ruwais, Abu Dhabi ( GAC WORLD ) was requiring the professional candidates for the position as :
1. PACKING SUPERVISOR
Responsible with :
Ask the first point of contact with the client's representative concerning his area of operations.
Prepare daily planning and scheduling of manpower, tool equipment, packaging material and other resources according to production targets with the approval of the contract manager.
Ensure that all transactional data are encoded by the data entry clerk into SAP
Prepare KPI Report for his shift
Constantly find ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
Assist to HSE Shift Supervisor in the implementation of QA.
Ensure proper handover is done to the next shift by the various operators down to the helpers
Assist in preparing the annual budget by providing valuable inputs on matters concerning his area of operations.
2. CASSETTES YARD & RORO OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsible with :
Ensure the overall operations at the cassettes handling yard and Roro vessel are executed in accordance to priorities set by the operations requirement.
Supervise the forklift/ heavy duty drivers to make sure that each one of them know what to do.
Provided information and report on daily equipment availability and repair status and coordinates with various department ,
Assist the HSE shift inspector in the implementation of QA
Maintain stock levels of all consumables and other materials
3. CONTAINER LINING STATION SUPERVISOR
Responsible with:
Prepare daily planning and scheduling of manpower, tools, equipment, packaging materials and other resources according to production targets with the approval of the contract manager.
Maintain safety stock level of all packing material required
4. CONTAINER YARD & LOLO OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Responsible with :
Supervise the crane & equipment operator, TT drivers & helpers to make sure that each gang is organized
Ensure that all transactional data are encoded by the data entry clerk in SAP.
Minimum Qualifications
1. College graduate preferably an engineering course
2. Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in the same industry
3. Basic Hand on knowledge of different packaging equipment
4. Proven leadership in handling a group a least 20 skilled and unskilled labor
5. Advanced computer skills
6. Above average aptitude on written and spoken English
7. Willing to work on shifting
