HSE COORDINATOR
Quailfications:
1. Strong interpersonal skils
2. Minimum 2 years safety related experience
3. Minimum 2 years rig experience
4. Physically fit to perform all duties including inspection, (crown inspection) personally.
5. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written and spoken
6. Intermediate computer skills, (MS word/excel/email)
Has experience in:
1. Provide technical advice into all areas on HSE matters and ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, standards and Codes of Practice.
2. Coordinate and, where applicable, present HSE training programs
3. Establish HSE committees and Reguler meetings
4. Report HSE statistics and information to management and Client's representative
Maintain information on risk assessment and assist in the review process and dissemination of information to employees and maintain regular contact with the HSE Manager on Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
5. Assist in the investigation of all accidents, near misses/hazard reports and make recommendations to concern that will prevent recurrence.
